Professional Painting Company in St. Louis Park, MN
Why Homeowners Choose That 1 Painter Twin Cities in St. Louis Park, MN?
- We Know St. Louis Park Homes: St. Louis Park is an inner-ring suburb with 1920s through 1950s bungalows, Tudors and Cape Cods in neighborhoods like Fern Hill and Lenox, and post-war ramblers farther west. Plaster walls, original wood trim, and stucco or wood siding shape most St. Louis Park painting projects.
- Minutes From Our Office: Our Golden Valley office on Lilac Drive sits just north of St. Louis Park. That makes estimates easy to schedule and keeps crews on time, and if a question or a touch-up comes up after the job is done, we are a short drive away instead of a long wait.
- Careful Work in Close Quarters: Many St. Louis Park lots are narrow, with houses, garages and fences set close together. We plan ladder placement around tight side yards, protect neighboring property and landscaping, and keep sidewalks and driveways clear so the people next door barely notice we were there.
Benefits of Hiring That 1 Painter Twin Cities in St. Louis Park, MN
- Updates for Older Homes: We repair plaster cracks, fill nail pops and prime old woodwork before painting, and we follow lead-safe practices on homes built before 1978. Older St. Louis Park interiors come out smooth and clean, with trim and doors that look crisp again instead of thick with decades of layered paint.
- Rambler Refreshes: The post-war ramblers and split-levels in the western half of the city respond well to a full refresh. New siding and trim color outside, plus brighter walls and sprayed cabinet finishes inside, can make a 1950s house feel current without the cost of a remodel.
- Exteriors Built for Winter: Freeze-thaw cycles open gaps around windows, doors and trim boards. We recaulk joints, reseal around windows, prime bare wood and choose coatings rated for Minnesota winters, so St. Louis Park siding stays sealed and keeps its color through the cold months.

Our crews also work in nearby Minneapolis, Golden Valley, Edina, Hopkins and Minnetonka, so neighbors across the west metro get the same dependable team.
