Professional Painting Company in Golden Valley, MN
Why Homeowners Choose That 1 Painter Twin Cities in Golden Valley, MN?
- Local Office on Lilac Drive: Our Twin Cities office is at 1405 Lilac Dr N #160A in Golden Valley, right along Highway 100. That makes estimates, scheduling and follow-up visits for Golden Valley homes quick and close to home, and if anything needs attention under our warranty, we are only minutes away.
- Wooded Lots and Ravines: Golden Valley neighborhoods around Theodore Wirth Park, Sweeney Lake and Bassett Creek have mature trees, ravines and hilly lots. Heavy shade means slow drying and mildew on north walls, while slopes create tall elevations. We treat mildew, set up safely on hills, and time exterior work to the sunniest part of the day.
- Honest Advice on Original Materials: Many Golden Valley ramblers still have original wood siding, redwood or cedar accents and wood windows from the 1950s and 1960s. Some of that material is worth saving with careful prep, and some boards are past repair. We tell you which is which and fix what needs fixing before paint goes on.
Benefits of Hiring That 1 Painter Twin Cities in Golden Valley, MN
- Care for Mid-Century Homes: Golden Valley is known for mid-century modern ramblers and wooded neighborhoods like Tyrol Hills near Theodore Wirth Park. We match period colors, refinish wood trim and repaint low-slope exteriors with care. The right palette can make a 1950s rambler look sharp again without losing what makes it special.
- Lead-Safe Prep on Older Homes: Many Golden Valley homes were built before 1978, so we treat older paint layers as if they may contain lead. We follow lead-safe practices, contain dust and chips, and clean up carefully, protecting your family, your soil and the wooded yards that give Golden Valley so much of its character.
- Interiors With Mid-Century Style: Inside, Golden Valley homes often feature wood paneling, open beams, large windows and built-in storage. We help decide what to paint and what to leave natural, refresh walls in colors that suit the architecture, and enamel built-ins and doors for a crisp, durable finish that still feels true to the era.
That 1 Painter Twin Cities Service Areas in Golden Valley, MN
Golden Valley is our home base. Its neighborhoods include Tyrol Hills, the streets around Brookview and Sweeney Lake, and the quiet blocks off Golden Valley Road and Highway 55, filled with mid-century ramblers, split-levels and a few newer builds. From our Lilac Drive office we also serve Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, Plymouth, Robbinsdale and New Hope, all within a short drive. Being this close means estimates rarely take long to schedule and our crews spend more time painting and less time on the road.
