Professional Painting Company in Lakeville, MN
Why Homeowners Choose That 1 Painter Twin Cities in Lakeville, MN?
- We Know Lakeville Homes: Lakeville is one of the fastest-growing cities in the south metro, with newer two-story homes and townhomes near Lake Marion, Orchard Lake, and Crystal Lake. Engineered siding, builder-grade finishes, and HOA guidelines shape most Lakeville projects, and our estimates account for each of them. That way color approvals and siding care are settled before the first ladder goes up.
- Older Homes Too: Not all of Lakeville is new. Houses near the historic downtown on Holyoke Avenue and older lake cabins around Lake Marion need careful scraping, priming and repairs. We adjust our process for these homes so they get the attention older wood and paint require. Lead-safe practices are used where older coatings are present.
- Transferable Peace of Mind: Lakeville families move up and resell often. Our 3-year transferable We'll Make It Right warranty stays with the house, so the next buyer inherits the same coverage. It is a simple selling point that shows the work was done properly. Our crews also leave your home clean, so showings go smoothly if you list it soon after.
Benefits of Hiring That 1 Painter Twin Cities in Lakeville, MN
- Custom Finishes for Newer Homes: We upgrade flat builder paint with washable finishes, refresh trim and doors, and refinish cabinets so newer Lakeville homes feel custom. Accent walls, painted islands and updated stair rails add personality without changing the floor plan. We also swap flat ceilings for a clean, even white and paint closets that builders often skipped, so the whole house looks finished.
- First Exterior Repaints: Builder exteriors in Lakeville are reaching their first repaint. We clean chalky siding, recaulk seams that have opened, and apply quality coatings rated for engineered products. Taking care of this first repaint properly sets up the house for many more years of solid protection. Gutters and downspouts can be painted to match.
- Townhome Rows Handled: Lakeville townhome associations often repaint entire buildings at once. We coordinate access with owners, keep shared driveways open, and work through each unit in an organized order, so the whole row looks uniform and residents can come and go without trouble. Owners get a clear schedule in advance.
