Professional Painting Company in Burnsville, MN
Why Homeowners Choose That 1 Painter Twin Cities in Burnsville, MN?
- We Know Burnsville Homes: Burnsville homes are mostly 1960s through 1980s ramblers, split-levels, and two-stories, with lake neighborhoods around Crystal Lake and Lac Lavon. Weathered wood siding, dated paneling, and textured ceilings drive most Burnsville painting work, and we price and plan with those conditions in mind. Every quote is itemized so you can see where the effort goes.
- Repairs and Paint Together: Many Burnsville houses need a little carpentry before paint will last. Our crews replace rotted trim, fascia and siding boards as part of the job, so you do not have to coordinate a separate contractor. One plan, one schedule and one warranty covers the work.
- Respectful of Your Space: Whether we are on your deck by Crystal Lake or in a basement off a quiet cul-de-sac, we protect what is yours. Furniture is covered, floors are taped, and the site is cleaned daily. Burnsville homeowners get a crew that behaves like an ideal guest.
Benefits of Hiring That 1 Painter Twin Cities in Burnsville, MN
- Exterior Repairs First: We replace or patch rotted boards, recaulk and prime before painting so Burnsville siding and trim stay protected for years. Window sills, garage door trim and the bottom courses of siding near the ground get special attention, since those spots fail first. Rot is cut out, not painted over.
- Paneling and Basements Updated: Wood paneling and dark finishes are common in Burnsville family rooms and basements. We degloss, prime and paint paneling in lighter tones, update trim and doors, and refresh ceilings, giving these lower-level spaces a brighter and more modern feel without tearing anything out. Closets and laundry rooms can be added easily.
- Lake Home Durability: Homes near Crystal Lake, Lac Lavon and Earley Lake deal with moisture and reflected sun. We treat mildew, choose coatings that resist fading and moisture, and pay close attention to lake-facing walls so your exterior holds up and still looks sharp from the water. Decks and docks can be stained too.
