Professional Painting Company in Eagan, MN
Why Homeowners Choose That 1 Painter Twin Cities in Eagan, MN?
- We Know Eagan Homes: Eagan grew quickly in the 1980s and 1990s, with two-story and split-entry homes near Lebanon Hills Regional Park, Blackhawk Lake, and Thomas Lake. Aging siding, original oak interiors, and sun-faded trim shape most Eagan projects, so we focus prep on the areas those houses wear first.
- One Point of Contact: From the estimate to the final walk-through, you know who to call. We confirm your colors, your schedule and the surfaces included before work begins, and we check in as the job moves along. Eagan homeowners appreciate having clear answers instead of chasing updates. Questions get answered the same day.
- Built Around Family Life: Eagan has many busy households with kids and pets. We plan which rooms are off limits each day, keep paint and tools secured, and clean up so bedrooms and kitchens are usable every evening. Good manners in your home matter as much as good paint.
Benefits of Hiring That 1 Painter Twin Cities in Eagan, MN
- Main-Level Refreshes: Families in Eagan often repaint the main level first. We handle walls, trim, ceilings and cabinets in one plan so the space looks finished and stays livable during the work. Coordinating colors across connected rooms keeps open layouts feeling consistent. Hallways and the entry are usually part of the same plan, so nothing looks unfinished.
- Sun-Faded Siding Revived: Many Eagan homes from the 1980s and 1990s have lost their color on south and west walls. We wash away chalk, repair cracked boards and caulk, and apply exterior coatings with strong fade resistance, so your siding looks even on every side of the house.
- Lower Levels Made Livable: Split-entry homes in Eagan rely on their lower levels for family rooms and guest space. We repaint walls, update oak trim, and brighten dim stairwells with lighter colors and durable finishes, turning a dated basement into space that feels like the rest of the house.
That 1 Painter Twin Cities Service Areas in Eagan, MN

We paint interiors, exteriors and cabinets all across the city, and we also serve Apple Valley, Burnsville, Inver Grove Heights and Mendota Heights with the same organized crews.
