David, who gave us the original quote, was transparent about the scope and pricing. Joshua, the project manager, communicated clearly about the process and timeline. Guillermo, the painter, was truly a master in this. He reinforced the holes with wood strips on the edges before patching, matched the ceiling texture perfectly and spray-painted everything evenly. He also did very careful prep work, covering all the walls and floors, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The ceiling now looks flawless.
