The entire project ended up fantastic! I leave reviews when the experience is very poor or outstanding and this was the latter. Trey has solutions, is quick to respond and quick to address any concerns. Everything I had concerns about they were on top of and I find that very usual and refreshing. I usually have to be my own supervisor. Mike the owner was hands on and Jesus and Kennedy did fabulous detailed work scraping, sanding, caulking etc and the prep is where it’s at. It needed wood replacement, window glazing, bondo. A lot of work and a lot of windows. Thank you to that team for a great experience.

Trey came out for the estimate and I felt his evaluation of my job was good and fair. I like that I was informed each step of the plan and the progress. We had a glitch the first day that Trey handled and once again kept me informed. The crew kept my property clean and picked up and worked very efficient to finish on time. It looks great and Trey walked through it with me at the end. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend That One Painter. Yesterday, That One Painter completed another job for me and did a beautiful job, were on time, finished quickly and left things very tidy and just as they found them.
