I called several painters to get a quote on removing my popcorn ceiling in the Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, Hall and Bathroom. Will from That1Painter came out, on time, and thoroughly walked me through the process and what to expect. Popcorn removal is a messy process! I also had them paint a couple rooms while here, less for me to do! We scheduled a date for the work to begin. Day 1 the crew led by Quelbis showed up on-time and hit the ground running! I could not believe how much they got done by lunch! At the end of each day Quelbis showed me what was done and what was left. I could tell Quelbis and his crew took pride in their work and really wanted to do the job right...the first time. I was assigned a "Project Manager" and he was awesome! Brennan kept me updated, stopped by several times to check on the progress and to chat. Brennan was always a text away and always responded. Communication is extremely important to me and Brennan exceeded my expectations. The entire job was completed in a timely manner, just three full days. The fourth day the cleaning crew came out and dusted, cleaned floors etc. The ceilings look absolutely flawless now—smooth, modern, and a huge upgrade from what I had before. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, efficiency, and courtesy so seamlessly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality painting or ceiling work. They truly exceeded my expectations! I posted a couple of pictures although the pictures really don't show the detail, how nice the ceiling looks.
