The two-story grey house that we bought six years ago was slowly fading to pink. Embarrassing when your neighbor has to point that out to you. We deliberated over a year, deciding what to do, meanwhile the house continued to change colors. We couldn’t put it off any longer and and fished around for quotes from five local companies. We looked at reviews, the BBB, Yelp, etc. I was instantly impressed by Will and the team from That 1 Paint when they came to the house for an estimate. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, empathetic to our concerns, scope of work and budget. They were actually among the highest bids but I had heard enough horror stories and bad reviews to know that you can’t nickel and dime something as important as the look and care of your biggest investment. They kept us in the loop throughout the roughly two week job and returned our calls and texts immediately. The crew that did the work was very professional with attention to detail. The job site was spotless at the end of every day. We just finished the end of job inspections and couldn’t be more pleased. Our neighbors on either side are very complementary (and relived) and our neighbor across the street has apparently contracted That 1 Paint for their house. Our project manager Monica was great. I can’t imagine anyone not being over the moon if they use That 1 Paint for their home.

Robb was a dream to work with, coordinating everything. Omar’s crew repaired the damage from the removal of the old backsplash and counters so there wasn’t a sign of the previous kitchen. The cabinets are so smooth, they are better than when they came from the factory.

In this day and age contractors like this are hard to come by ! Shortly after I entered my info they contacted me and set an appointment for a FREE estimate. My job was not a big job but something I just couldn’t get to do. On time Robb came out and gave me an estimate, I then added more to the work and agreed on price and scope of work and we scheduled the work. Robb and the crew showed up on time. They did exactly what was agreed and expected- getting the work done while protecting the areas not being painted. They knocked it out in the predicted time and it looks great. Left no mess behind! I would recommend them if you need paint work done. They did porch floor, iron rails on front steps, iron rails on side porch, a drive gate and about 27 foot of iron fence.
