Professionally pressure-washed driveway with restored concrete color

Pressure Washing in Cincinnati

Your Pressure Washing Project, From Consultation to Completion

Mildew, pollen, and river-valley grime build up fast on siding, walks, and patios from Montgomery to Amelia. A thorough pressure wash strips all of it and leaves a Cincinnati home looking years younger in an afternoon.

Pressure Washing in Cincinnati

Pressure washing is one of the busiest scopes we run across Greater Cincinnati every spring. Winter mildew, road salt spray, tannin drop from heavy tree canopy, and pollen coat driveways, sidewalks, and elevations through most of the year, and by mid-summer mildew on shaded north walls in Hyde Park and Indian Hill is heavy enough that any repaint bonded on top would fail early. Crews adjust pressure and tip size to the substrate so brick, Hardie, painted wood, and concrete each get the right approach.

Older Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, and East Walnut Hills homes tend to have chalkier paint and original wood siding that will not tolerate maximum pressure, while newer Mason and West Chester builds can take a more aggressive wash. Concrete, pavers, and stamped hardscape each get a different pressure and detergent approach at the estimate.

Most standalone pressure-washing requests here are pre-listing cleanups or pre-paint prep. When the goal is a full exterior repaint, the wash is scoped as the first day of the project so paint bonds to a clean substrate. Our writeup on long-lasting exterior paint treats pressure washing as step one for a reason.

Pressure Washing FAQs in Cincinnati

Yes, we match pressure and technique to each material, whether it's vinyl in West Chester Township or brick in Glendale, cleaning thoroughly without forcing water behind the surface.

We do. Washing is a standard prep step on Mason and Lebanon exterior projects so the new paint bonds to a clean, dry surface.
