Pressure Washing in Greater Nashville

Pressure washing is one of the busiest scopes we run across Middle TN every year. Pine pollen, hardwood tannin, subtropical mildew, and cedar-glade dust coat driveways, sidewalks, and elevations year-round, and by late summer mildew on shaded north walls in historic Franklin, downtown Murfreesboro, and lakefront Hendersonville is heavy enough that any repaint bonded on top would fail early. Crews adjust pressure and tip size to the substrate so painted brick, cedar shingle, painted wood, HardiePlank, stone, and concrete each get the right approach.

Historic Franklin brick and older downtown Murfreesboro homes tend to have chalky paint and softer joints that will not tolerate maximum pressure, while newer Nolensville, Mount Juliet, and Murfreesboro builds can take a more aggressive wash. Cedar shingle facades take a soft-wash chemical approach rather than mechanical pressure to preserve the shingle face. Concrete, pavers, and stamped hardscape each get a different pressure and detergent approach at the estimate.

Most standalone pressure-washing requests here are pre-listing cleanups or pre-paint prep.
