Highly recommend. First, they make the process easy. Wendy walked through the job with me beforehand, and very clearly laid out what I wanted done and what they would do. The prep work was top-notch, they caulked all the windows, repaired the wood that needed it, and taped up where paint might overspray. They used high-quality Sherwin-Williams paint. They cleaned up thoroughly, not only at the end of the job, but at the end of every workday. Kate walked through with us mid-project to make sure everything was proceeding satisfactorily, and then Wendy and Kate gave us a complete walk-through at the end to make sure we were satisfied. Finally, they left me a fully labeled sample of the paint they had used in case I ever need to touch up. The price was reasonable, and this is certainly a team you can trust.

We had That 1 Painter paint the exterior of our home. Day one they pressure washed and prepped for Kevin to begin painting. Weather delayed painting a day, however once clear Kevin arrived at the designated time and got to work. Kevin was awesome, very respectful, courteous and cleaned up as he went. His attention to details and the task was superb. Melvin & another gentleman joined on the last day to help get the job completed on time. Melvin even helped change out the lock on our back door. We tried to pay him as this was not part of the job and he adamantly refused to take any money.
Wendy and/or Kate came each day to ensure the work was going as planned and that we were satisfied when the painting was complete. We recommend Wendy and her team of That 1Painter for any painting jobs you may have.

We recently hired Wendy and her team at That 1 Painter: Fort Bend County to repaint our kitchen cabinets (from chocolate to cream), and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their communication was excellent – clear, timely, and professional. Wendy (the owner) genuinely cared about the quality of work her team delivered, and that really showed throughout the entire project.

We also had them patch a hole in our ceiling and paint-match where we had removed a kitchen light. The paint job was flawless! You would never know there was a hole there!

Lastly, we had them paint our baseboards and door frames (this was something we added on during the project). Wendy jumped right on the request and was able to tag it on at the end of our planned work without missing a beat.

The crew (Melvin, Josue, and Melgar) was awesome – respectful, courteous, and incredibly diligent. They took their time to make sure every detail was just right, and it was clear they took pride in their work. They divided and conquered to ensure the project remained on schedule – all while remaining calm and focused. This is something I especially appreciated because I work from home – I never once felt them flustered or rushed. Before wrapping up the job, both Wendy and the team made sure we were completely satisfied with the results – and we absolutely were!
