The work is sequenced around the tenant's schedule so revenue-hour disruption is minimized, and dust and odor controls are set up before any coating goes on so occupied spaces stay usable.
Product selection is different on commercial: high-traffic corridors and back-of-house get a scrubbable acrylic epoxy or urethane so scuffs and cart marks wipe off, and stairwells and dock walls get a chemical-resistant system rated for daily abuse. Line striping, ADA color contrast, and safety yellow are handled in the same visit when the scope calls for it.
Exterior commercial work sequences the same as residential but at building scale: pressure wash first, then substrate repair, prime, and finish coats.
