Salt exposure on elevations facing open water in Virginia Beach and Poquoson gets particular attention at fasteners, lintels, and weep areas where corrosion and moisture concentrate.
Whites, warm off-whites, and soft greys dominate painted-brick requests across the region, usually with charcoal or deep-toned shutters and trim.
