Pressure Washing in San Antonio

Pressure washing is one of the busiest scopes we run across South Texas every spring and after every dust or storm cycle. Cedar pollen, oak catkin fall, humid-summer mildew, and caliche dust coat driveways, sidewalks, and elevations through most of the year, and by late summer mildew on shaded north walls in Alamo Heights and Terrell Hills is heavy enough that any repaint bonded on top would fail early. Crews adjust pressure and tip size to the substrate so limestone, stucco, painted brick, HardiePlank, and concrete each get the right approach.

Historic Monte Vista and Alamo Heights homes tend to have chalky paint and softer masonry joints that will not tolerate maximum pressure, while newer Stone Oak and Alamo Ranch builds can take a more aggressive wash. Limestone and native stone facades take a soft-wash chemical approach rather than mechanical pressure to preserve the face. Concrete drives, pavers, and stamped hardscape each get a different pressure and detergent approach at the estimate.

Most standalone pressure-washing requests here are pre-listing cleanups, pre-paint prep, or post-storm cleanup. When the goal is a full exterior repaint, the wash is scoped as the first day of the project so paint bonds to a clean substrate.
