Working with That 1 Painter has been fantastic! I wanted our exterior trim repainted but was also worried about the flaking and condition of the wood. BK came out to inspect everything and had our estimate ready within a few hours, which was super impressive. Communication with him and his team has been smooth and easy. They pressure-washed and prepped the area thoroughly, and although they originally estimated the job would take three days, they finished everything in just one day—replacing the rotted wood and painting it all in the same day! I’m thrilled with the results and will absolutely be using them again for any future painting needs.

Jae and her team did a fantastic job. Jae answered all our questions and made great suggestions. Excellent customer service. The crew was very professional, accommodating and courteous. They paid attention to details and were careful with their work. Windows and neighbor’s balcony were covered to prevent them from being inadvertently sprayed with paint. They left everything clean and tidy. The paint job looks great.
