My exterior painting project had a great deal of preparation needed. Painting bubbles, loose trim, dry rot, peeling doors, rusty metal garage doors, hinges needing replacement, etc. Also, my house was like plain, nothing stood out. I felt I needed a designer. That 1 Painter offered some unique perspective as to the trim and a theme of a trim board just under the soffits to make the walls stand out. Everything was specified on the estimate very detailed. They came out on the start date, was here every day, and finished in a week. Gendrick supervised the project daily and he even got his hands dirty by completely striping all the paint off one door and sanded to bare wood. Most would have replaced the door, but you don't get solid wood doors like this anymore. The crew was very hard working. The whole house looks fantastic, really stands out, and neighbors all say how sharp it looks.
