I hired them to paint my exercise room. I’d been meaning to paint and just never got around to it because it would take me all weekend. This team was done in about 6 hours and I am very pleased with the results. I’ve attached a photo that shows nice clean lines where two walls in two different colors come together, and lines for the trim/molding.

The also re-caulked an area of the molding that had cracked as the house settled. Only way to know it’s there is if I look closely enough to tell that strip of caulk doesn’t have quite the same fading as the caulk that’s been there for years.

The team was friendly, courteous, and called afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and hadn’t noticed anything after my initial “take a look, we’re done” walkthrough.

Painted two accent walls in my new condo before move in (hence the chaos). Great work, fast, efficient and left the place looking like it did before they got here. Will definitely be using That One Painter again!

Mitchel and Gabe and their folks did a wonderful job on our condo!! Our condo was a rental unit before we bought it, so it looked pretty worn. Mitchel and Gabe gave us great advice on paint colors and finishes. Their team patched nicks and holes in the wallboard and woodwork, and they were careful about our wood floors and newly finished kitchen cabinets. Their work was meticulous and beautiful!! Mitchel and Gabe communicated well with us and the staff at our condominium. They worked within our condo’s guidelines, arrived when they said they would, and finished on time. I’d use That 1 Painters again in a heartbeat. I’ve already recommended them to neighbors, and I’d recommend them to others without hesitation!
