Requirements:
- 1+ year of painting experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Willing to wear painter's whites
Project Manager
Lead crews, manage timelines, and ensure every job meets our standards. Must be organized, professional, and great with customers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of painting or project management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage crews, customers, and schedules
Location Manager
Oversee day-to-day operations, support your team, and drive local growth. Must be a strong leader who takes ownership and delivers results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management or operations experience
- Strong problem-solving, sales experience, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage crews, customers, and schedules
