David provided great support during the estimate process. Joshua was our project manager and did a great job. Brian and team were the painters and did excellent work. We hired That 1 Painter for a second project after a great first experience. The outcome once again met our expectations and gave our house a new look. This project did have a few hiccups along the way, but Josh, the project manager, handled everything smoothly and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Really appreciate his communication and professionalism. ---------------------- We recently hired That 1 Painter to repair and repaint our ceiling after having three large holes cut for inspection work, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. David, who gave us the original quote, was transparent about the scope and pricing. Joshua, the project manager, communicated clearly about the process and timeline. Guillermo, the painter, was truly a master in this. He reinforced the holes with wood strips on the edges before patching, matched the ceiling texture perfectly and spray-painted everything evenly. He also did very careful prep work, covering all the walls and floors, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The ceiling now looks flawless. We had the interior of our home painted by That 1 Painter and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
