That 1 Painter did a fantastic job painting the inside and outside of my house! They completed several different projects for me: they painted ALL the trim and doors inside my house (extensive), they painted a judges' paneling den with stained wood that had never been painted (cabinets and all), they painted walls in a bedroom and a two-story foyer and two stairwells, and they painted ALL the siding and trim and doors on the outside of the house, and even replaced the shutters for me. I am thrilled with the job they did and I highly recommend them! Trey, the supervisor, came out and gave me quotes broken down several ways as I requested, and the prices were more than fair for the high quality of work and the high quality materials they used. He came by every day at least a couple of times to check on the crew and their work, to ask questions of me and them, and to walk through and tape spots that needed touch-up. There was always a final walk-through on each job, and any touch-up spots were marked and promptly fixed. He was super thorough and knowledgeable and made sure I was completely happy with everything. Jesus, the lead painter on the crew was an excellent painter who was meticulous and detail-oriented. He did an incredible job painting the inside, and was great at patching and repairing sheetrock imperfections inside and at replacing and repairing woodrot spots on the outside. He fixed every painting imperfection or drip I would notice, and he actually noticed more spots than I did! He and his crew worked diligently and thoroughly the whole day. They showed up on time every day, and they were polite and always cleaned up at the end of each day. I am so happy with all the painting That 1 painter did for me! I do not recommend many contractors I have used, but I highly recommend That 1 Painter. They are my new painters now for any future jobs!

John and the team did a fanatic job painting our back deck, front entry and kitchen cabinets. They were very accommodating with our hectic schedules and were able to split up the job over a few weeks. I shopped across 3 different companies and I settled with That 1 Painter because of how knowledgeable and trustworthy John was. We’ll be using them again for our next home. Noteworthy: they were the highest of the 3 bids I received. Also, be sure to cover everything in the area where they are doing work. Even tho the team covered the necessities and placed barriers up around the project, a layer of dust settled on things outside of the containment zone. Not a complaint, just setting expectations for when you choose That 1 Painter. We’ll be using them again for our next home.

Such a great experience from beginning to end! Mike was so patient with us as we decided on a plan for our new home and guided us through each step. He’s a great communicator. He gave us a competitive price and his team was so considerate and did excellent quality work. Mike made multiple trips to check on the progress and is meticulous and prideful about the service he provides. Highly recommend!
