Very impressed with every aspect of my experience with "That 1 Painter" Lake Lanier. They were able to come out quickly and deliver a complete proposal. The contract was very customer-oriented and the pricing was better than what i had anticipated. Jordan and his team listen to my needs and requirements and pointed out areas they were going to rework with out me even having to do so. They were not finished or satisfied until I was 100% happy. I eneded up adding a full house soft wash since the pricing was so good and i wanted the rest of the house to look as clean and fresh as my windows and doors.
