Wendy and Kate communicated daily making sure we were updated on the project timeline, and they addressed and fixed a couple of concerns throughout the process very quickly. We had them install picture frame molding and repaint the majority of our home. The team did such an amazing job, we are thrilled with the results! We recently hired Wendy and her team at That 1 Painter: Fort Bend County to repaint our kitchen cabinets (from chocolate to cream), and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their communication was excellent - clear, timely, and professional. Wendy (the owner) genuinely cared about the quality of work her team delivered, and that really showed throughout the entire project. We also had them patch a hole in our ceiling and paint-match where we had removed a kitchen light. The paint job was flawless! You would never know there was a hole there! Lastly, we had them paint our baseboards and door frames (this was something we added on during the project). Wendy jumped right on the request and was able to tag it on at the end of our planned work without missing a beat. The crew (Melvin, Josue, and Melgar) was awesome - respectful, courteous, and incredibly diligent. They took their time to make sure every detail was just right, and it was clear they took pride in their work. They divided and conquered to ensure the project remained on schedule - all while remaining calm and focused. This is something I especially appreciated because I work from home - I never once felt them flustered or rushed. Before wrapping up the job, both Wendy and the team made sure we were completely satisfied with the results - and we absolutely were!
